The future is nigh for EA and Dice as the companies are preparing to reveal the next installment in the Battlefield franchise next week.
The developer and publisher have revealed that they will be hosting a special Battlefield event next week, wherein they will announcing the next entry in the much loved franchise. The event will take place May 6 at 4PM ET/9PM BST, exactly one week from today.
It is expected that Dice and EA will reveal Battlefield 5 the latest numbered installment in the franchise. Battlefield 4 released back in 2013, and Battlfield Hardline arrived in 2015 although the latter entry disappointed long time fans. Where the next entry in the franchise will be set is currently up in the air along with the potential changes and improvements that we can expect, no matter what it will be a big week for Battlefield fans.
