Professional Farmer 2016 and Professional Lumberjack 2016 coming to the Wii U in Europe

For their first time ever a pair of simulation games are on their way to the Wii U, Bandai Namco and UIG Entertainment announced today. While simulation games are not generally considered to be fun we can not argue about having more games for the system, the games that are the way include Professional Farmer 2016 as well as Professional Lumberjack 2016. Wii U owners looking for a fun simulation game don’t expect much from these, though these should still be worth playing even if it is for something different.

Below you will find an overview of both games:

Professional Farmer 2016 will take players to the countryside in one of the most realistic and authentic farming simulations ever made. Choose your favourite tractor from many different official constructors, care for it in your own garage and then take it out on the field ready for a day’s work. The game features a huge world to farm across, differing distinctive seasons, a career mode and even dynamic field management depending on the type of grain. Live the farming dream across many hours of gameplay.

In Professional Lumberjack 2016 players manage their mighty crew of cutters, create a prosperous sawmill and expand their woodland business in a realistic world ruled by the different seasons. A great lumberjack knows their Bigtooth Aspen from a Slippery Elm. To get the job done, players must understand each tree and identify the right tool in order to gain the greatest return on their hard work in the most efficient way possible.

As of now these games have only been confirmed for Europe and no release date has been mentioned, but yeah farming, I really hope we might see some Wii U gamepad functionality chucked into the game.
