Indie game developers share their work progress every week on Twitter with the #ScreenshotSaturday hashtag. In this piece, we take a look at the most interesting and eye-catching screenshots or short videos of indie games shared on Saturday, April 30th.
GameLuster has a Screenshot Saturday round-up every week. You can check out the previous list here.
James Smart’s Game
These screenshots were shared by the game developer (@James_Smart5) in this tweet. The atmospheric and colorful art makes this Italian lake city look really beautiful and intriguing. We hope to see more of this game in the future and get a chance to explore this stylish world.
Radiobush
This video from Radiobush was shared by the game’s Twitter page (@Radiobush) in this tweet. It’s always fascinating to see how a game has changed during its development. And by the look of it, Radiobush has come a long way! The game looks amazing already, and we can’t wait to see what it will look like in the future. You can wishlist the game on Steam right now.
Wolfpack Games
These screenshots from the upcoming MMOARPG from Wolfpack Games were shared by the developers (@GamesWolfpack) in this tweet. In these shots, we got to see portions of underground dungeons and temples, and the low poly art style, the terrains design, and the lighting create some interesting areas in the game that we hope to see more of very soon.
SunnySide
Rolling “Rockoons.” That’s it. That’s actually more than enough to peak our interest in this farming JRPG, SunnySide (@PlaySunnySide). The developers shared this hilariously epic video of these cute critters in this tweet, and the models, the animations, and the synchronized rolling to the tune of “Tequila” by The Champs make this a perfect Screenshot Saturday video, and we can’t wait for more!
Influence RPG
This amazing screenshot from Influence RPG was shared by the developers (@BlackShadauw) in this tweet. This is the transition screen between two levels of the game, and the artwork looks absolutely stunning. We look forward to seeing more of this game in the coming weeks.
