How To Construct Stairs In Sons Of The Forest
Constructing stairs in Sons of the Forest doesn’t require any specialized experience or knowledge. In order to build them, you must adhere to a certain set of requirements and instructions. The materials you will need are:
- Axe
- Logs (You’ll need lots of these – we recommend 10 or more!)
Once you have sourced the necessary components, construction of the foundation can begin. First, pick up one of the logs and place it vertically on a flat surface according to the indicated markings. You want a flat surface so your stairs don’t become uneven and difficult to climb! When adding the second log, use the lines from the first log for guidance as to where it should be placed with its counterpart. Next, place the third log horizontally on top of those two logs to connect them. The result is a small structure that looks like a photo frame.
For the next step, take another log, look at the top corner of the “photo frame,” locate the arrow pointing down, and place the log as the arrow indicates. Now, repeat the same process for the other corner to create a ramp frame.
All that remains is to add planks to the frame to complete the stairs. For that, split the remaining logs into two halves using the Axe. Place each plank on the frame. Follow these steps until you have enough to climb. Now, you’ve got a completely constructed set of Stairs!
