A new image for Splatoon has been released today this time showing I don’t what. This is definitely not a gameplay screenshot as it does not actually show any gameplay instead it looks more like a painting, I have to admit it is a pretty nice looking picture but there is nothing much that can be said about it. I do have a theory that perhaps this could be a gallery piece of sorts in some kind of unannounced section of the game that you unlock by specific game means, beyond that I have nothing but whoever drew this has definitely produced something nice hopefully it will prove to be something meaningful in the game and not just a random piece of art.
Though on second thought this could also be concept art of some kind, showing a character and some considerations, or maybe I am just rambling which seems more likely.
