The Division 2 Update Due June 16 Ahead Of Warlords Launch

Ahead of the Warlords of New York Season 2 launch on June 23, Ubisoft will be unveiling their next update for The Division 2 on June 16.

As well as a second raid, new content is expected from this latest patch, titled Title Update 10.

The second raid, Operation Iron Horse, is expected to surface sometime during the second season. Teams of eight will need to complete objectives to gain rewards for Levels 30 and 40 agents. A release date, at this time, is not known.

A broad range of bug fixes and game improvements are anticipated with this patch. Some of these will become available the moment the patch goes live. The update will offer gear and brand set improvements, increased damage for all weaponry, increased loot and crafted item quality, as well as refined vendor stock, and balance and bug fixes.

Elsewhere, two new exotics will also be available, as well as a new skill variant, and gear set. Season 2 will further welcome Leagues and time-limited Global Events, (special modifiers included).

Season 2 throws Division agents into a fight against a new faction intent of resuming Aaron Keener’s work. To be involved in the action of Season 2, players will require a Warlords of New York expansion, while Warlord users can also snatch a Season 2 Pass to progress further.

Season 1 progression is set to end on June 15. Last week, Ubisoft confirmed a major story leak linked to The Division 2. Audio files from the Public Test Server (PTS) indicated several old characters would return.

Massive Entertainment, the makers of The Division 2, kept PTS audio files, and this, in turn, revealed the story for the following three seasons of Manhunt targets in The Division 2.
