Ubisoft is set to release a beautiful RPG on April 30th, 2014, known as Child of Light. A game inspired by fairy tales and Japanese role-playing games, Child of Light follows the exploits of a young princess named Aurora that finds herself in a magical world, known a Lemuria. She will battle against darkness, freeing the light, and testing her skills as she ventures through Lemuria.
The Black Queen has stolen the Sun, the Moon and the Stars. You play as Aurora, a young princess with a pure heart whose soul is brought to the kingdom of Lemuria. Embark on a quest to recapture the three sources of light, defeat the Black Queen and restore the kingdom of Lemuria. -joystiq.com

Combat will be turn based, similar to Final Fantasy’s ATB system. Aurora will have the ability to fly, and will also have a firefly companion that’ll allow a second player to take control and join the adventure. Look forward to more updates, and Child of Light’s release late next month!
