People seem to have quite a wanting for voice chat in games of late, mostly as a tie in to online experiences and don’t worry I get it, players like to co-ordinate their efforts to work as a team to achieve the best results in battle which is particularly predominate in shooters. Over the past couple of months we have been going back and forth with Splatoon on this matter, with some people telling us the game will have voice chat, while others have said we won’t.
However after a long while we have official confirmation that Splatoon will not feature voice chat, this was officially confirmed with thanks to GameXplain, so this may be a disappointment to some but hopefully this will not bring down the overall experience of the game.
