The Banner Saga 2 is already critically acclaimed on the PC, and fans of the series have been quite well looking forward to the games release on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Previously the game was given an official release date setting it for release at the end of July on the 26th, however this release date will no longer be happening, but don’t fear for once this is good news. The Banner Saga 2’s release date has been pushed forward setting for release at the start of July rather then the end.
The game is set to arrive on July 1st now for the Xbox One, and will be releasing as part of the Games With Gold service, whereas the Playstation 4 version of the game will be released on July 5th. The Playstation 4 release date was revealed through a post on the Playstation Blog wherein it revealed that this version of the game will include an exclusive item, the Playful Hilt of Arnr.
