Assassin’s Creed Origins Is Coming To The Xbox Game Pass

As part of a reveal of a second wave of games joining the Xbox Game Pass in April, Microsoft surprised fans with the news that Ubisoft’s 2017 title Assassin’s Creed Origins will be landing on the service “in the next two months”.  Although not joining the service this month, fans hopefully won’t have to wait long to sneak around Ancient Egypt. Origins will also be the first Assassins’ Creed title to make its way onto the Xbox service.

Origins will be joined by another Ubisoft title, with For Honor: Marching Fire Edition also coming to the Game Pass within the next two months. Currently, the For Honor base game is already available on the Game Pass, with the Marching Fire Edition upgrade bringing the add-ons of the Arcade Mode and Wu Lin Warriors.

The two Ubisoft titles coming to the service are no coincidence, as in a blog post announcing the new Game Pass additions, Megan Spurr, Xbox Game Pass Community Lead explains “we’re working with Ubisoft to bring even more incredible games to the Game Pass library”.
