Correction Statement: Stolen Game Featured In Game Review

It has been brought to our attention that a game we reviewed last year, Death Slave by Peace 2d, is actually a copy of a game called Existence, which was published on Steam in 2019 and developed by Sealab Games.

Firstly, we would like to apologise to Sealab Games for this mishap. As strong supporters of the independent games community, GameLuster strives to provide coverage for even the smallest developments, and we are gutted to hear that the hard work put into Existence by Sealab Games was stolen, along with the profits and coverage that Death Slave has received.

Death Slave has since been removed from the Steam store and we wish Sealab Games all the best in any legal action they will be taking against Peace 2d.

GameLuster has also removed our coverage of Death Slave from both the GameLuster website and YouTube channel. We have contacted the developer of Existence to get their input on the matter regarding what they’d like us to do in terms of arranging coverage for Existence.

We apologize to our readers for this mistake and we’d also like to thank those who reached out and alerted us to this situation.
