Crime O’Clock is an upcoming puzzle exploration game developed by Bad Seed and published by Just For Games. The investigative game, which features time exploration and a deep storyline, is set to be released June 30, 2023 for the Nintendo Switch.
Crime O’Clock allows players to prevent crimes before they even happen thanks to the power of time travel. Investigate and solve over 40 cases that take place across time and space. You can explore a bunch of different eras – everything from the distant past to the bright cybernetic future. The game will feature five different ages: Steam Age, Atlantean Age, Information Age, Lost Age and Aeon Age.
You also have the ability to evolve maps by uncovering a story that is linked throughout the eras in this point-and-click tale. However, be aware how much you change, as something you do in one era can affect another! So much so, that the map itself can even change based on your decisions in each time.

With the title of ‘time detective’, the mysteries are yours to solve as you travel through each map looking for clues. You will have to solve cases of murder, theft, hacking and more before finally turning your sights on a crime that seems to be defying time itself. Don’t worry however, as you won’t be alone. You will be accompanied by EVE, an advanced AI who will provide guidance and tools. EVE’s system will allow you to upgrade it which will result in unlocking new features.
“Using EVE’s system, you have new ways to find clues and evidence: deductive sessions alternate with action and puzzle mechanics for a complete user experience,” states Crime O’Clock’s Steam Page.
Crime O’Clock will release on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on June 30, 2023. Until then, you can keep up to date via the Just For Games Twitter.
