Details for Ni no Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom’s upcoming DLC packs have been released.
Bandai Namco has released information on the upcoming DLC for Ni no Kuni 2, the first piece of which releases on August 9th. This piece of content will be free to everyone who owns the game. Dubbed the Adventure Pack, this piece of content adds floors to the Faraway Forest cave. Players will be able to earn new costumes for the game’s characters, and have the chance to challenge new bosses. Additional quests will be unlocked after beating the game, as well as unique rewards that can be acquired.
Also revealed were details on two DLC packs that will be available for season pass holders. The first will be released this winter, and will add a new dungeon to the game. Players will face increasingly more difficult enemies as they reach deeper levels, with a big reward promised for those who reach the end. The second DLC pack will release in early 2019, and will add a story expansion to Ni no Kuni 2. More details will be released soon.
The game’s season pass is available for PC and the PlayStation 4. It will set gamers back $19.99.
