Famitsu: Princess Peach: Showtime! And Dragon’s Dogma 2 Put On A Show

Every Thursday we share the weekly Famitsu sales charts, which tracks physical boxed game sales and hardware sales in Japan. This week’s chart covers March 18 – 24, as Princess Peach: Showtime! debuts top of the charts with over 77,000 sales. It managed to beat out the game taking second place, Dragon’s Dogma 2, which sold more than 68,000 copies on PS5.

It’s a good showing from new games this week, as half the titles on the Famitsu weekly sales chart are from brand new titles. Alongside Princess Peach: Showtime! and Dragon’s Dogma 2 leading the pack, Rise of the Ronin follows closely behind, as Dragon Quest X Ver. 7 Door to the Future and the Slumbering Girl takes two spots for its Switch and PS4 release.
