FF7 Rebirth Swindling Seminar Guide
You can find the Swindling Seminar on the east side of the Dustbowl in FF7 Rebirth. Head toward the south entrance, pass through an open blue metal container, duck under a half-buried concrete pipe, and turn left. There, you will encounter a man named Caglio, teaching five people how to become a good swindler.
The man offers you to help him for Sylkis Green by guessing who is speaking the truth. Out of five people, four will tell lies, and only one person will speak the truth. The answer in each round will change, and you must pay 500 Gil each time you want to make a guess.
