Honkai Star Rail Best Seele Build Guide
Seele is a five-star character you can obtain by pulling on her limited-time banner. She is a powerful single-target DPS that can decimate any bosses and enemies you encounter. She can also be considered a semi-AoE unit thanks to her Talent that lets her take an extra turn whenever she kills an opponent.
If you want to unleash her full potential, here is how you should build Seele:
- Light Cone: In the Night
- Relics: Genius of Brilliant Stars (Body: CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG, Feet: ATK% or SPD)
- Planar Ornaments: Rutilant Arena (Sphere: Quantum DMG, Rope: ATK%)
- Trace Priority: Ultimate > Skill > Talent > Basic Attack
- Eidolons: E1
As usual, the best Light Cone you can give to Seele is her signature Light Cone, In the Night. Besides increasing her CRIT Rate by 18 percent, this item can also buff her Basic ATK, Skill, and CRIT DMG of her Ultimate whenever her Speed exceeds 100 points.
However, if you don’t have enough Stellar Jades to pull this rare Light Cone, you can also equip Sleep Like the Dead or Cruising in the Stellar Sea. I especially recommend Cruising in the Stellar Sea since you can purchase one from Herta’s Store in the Simulated Universe.
For Relics, you can equip four pieces of the Genius of Brilliant Stars set. The two-piece effect can buff Seele’s Quantum DMG by 10 percent. On the other hand, the four-piece effect can add extra DMG by ignoring 10 percent of the enemy’s DEF. If the target enemy has Quantum Weakness, Selee will ignore a total of 20 percent of the opponent’s DEF.
The best Planar Ornament for Seele is the Rutilant Arena set. These artifacts can increase her DPS by buffing her CRIT Rate. If you get Seele’s CRIT Rate above 70 percent, this set can also increase her Basic ATK and Skill DMG by 20 percent.
While upgrading Seele’s Trace abilities, I recommend focusing on her Ultimate first since that’s where most of her damage comes from. Afterward, you can level up her Skill and Talent. You can upgrade her Basic Attack, but there is no need to level up until you reach the maximum limit and waste resources.
Lastly, if you want to unlock her Eidolons, I only recommend getting her E1. With the Extirpating Slash unlocked, Seele will deal more damage to enemies whose HP is 80 percent or lower.
