Horizon Zero Dawn has been bought to life using Guerrilla Games’ Decima Engine, which debuts later in July with the PC release of Hideo Kojima’s acclaimed thriller Death Stranding. The game is due on July 14.

The release of Death Stranding on PC, (utilizing Decima Engine), will be a new test of the engine’s capabilities, and to some degree, give an idea of what players can expect from Horizon Zero Dawn.

Horizon Zero Dawn was launched on the PS4 in 2017, and its sequel, Horizon: Forbidden West, is anticipated as a next-gen release, expected at some time in 2021. Along with several titles, including Godfall and Gran Turismo 7, Horizon Zero Dawn was announced during Sony’s Future Of Gaming Event.

Horizon Zero Dawn follows Aloy, a hunter, and outcast from her tribe, which seeks to learn about her past, and fight against mechanical creatures, the Machines.
