This massive puppet will ambush you in Krat City Hall, and you must destroy it in order to progress the story. Lies Of P Scrapped Watchman Boss Fight Guide
Before entering the boss arena, it is recommended that you reach level 20 to avoid unnecessary pain. You can also summon a Specter to help you in this battle by offering a Star Fragment at a Crack’s Calling.
The Scrapped Watchman has various attacks, but some of them are more dangerous than others. The number one move you need to watch out for is the grab attack, where the boss will grab Pinocchio and slam him on the ground several times.
Once you reduce the Scrapped Watchman’s HP to half, the puppet will start to discharge electricity, which can inflict the Electric Shock status. You should bring Attribute Resistance Ampoules and Attribute Purification Ampoules to the fight to deal with this negative status effect.
The best way to deal with this boss is to perform Perfect Guard to increase the Scrapped Watchman’s stagger meter. Unfortunately, this is easier said than done since the puppet is extremely aggressive and fast.
If you have a Specter with you, it should be able to distract the boss at the start of the fight. However, don’t expect it to last long since the Scrapped Watchman will eventually kill your aid thanks to its massive damage.
Ideally, you should not use heavy weapons. The boss is way too fast for you to land any attack, and you’ll want to always keep moving. Also, don’t get too aggressive, because the boss will only allow you to hit it once or twice before responding with an attack of its own.
You’ll spend most of your time blocking and evading its attacks. When the Scrapped Watchman is about to perform a Furious Attack, run! You can technically block the attack with a Perfect Guard, but evading is always the safer option.

The Core and Quartz can be used to upgrade your P-Organ, and you’ll need to talk with Geppetto on the second floor of Hotel Krat to do. Lastly, the Small Wooden Officer Puppet doesn’t have any utility, but it’s related to an NPC named Toma in Elysion Boulevard.
