The latest announcement in a string of recent Among Us updates is the addition of Maroon as a color option for players to use. As the game’s popularity exploded, players were eager to have increased multiplayer capacity, which of course necessitated the introduction of some new colours for the crew so that there are enough to go around. So far, the new color options revealed to be coming in the 15 player update are Coral, Gray, Rose, Tan, and Maroon, bringing the current total up to 19.

There will also be some Ratchet & Clank collaboration items exclusive to the upcoming PlayStation edition of the game. These are a Ratchet ears hat, a Ratchet skin and a Clank pet.
As well as more info on colours, Among Us is due to receive further news as part of the Summer Game Fest event on June 10. This will likely cover the upcoming console releases, but perhaps we’ll also be seeing some new maps.
Also, that Among Us crewmate-shaped chicken nugget from before? It sold on June 4 for a whopping $99,997. The official Among Us Twitter even made a short and silly video to mark “the nugget saga” coming to an end.

Among Us is currently available on PC and Nintendo Switch, and will soon be coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
