New Games Being Added to the Nintendo Selects Range in North America

Recent speculation suggested that Nintendo was getting ready to expand the Nintendo Selects range, a group of games that are hand picked by Nintendo for a change in packaging and a cheaper price. Now, Nintendo has revealed this to be the case, with three games being added to the Nintendo 3DS range.

Among the new games are system classics including The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, Super Mario 3D Land, and Ultimate NES Remix. As of February 3, those in North America will be able to purchase these games for the low price of $19.99 each.

Those in Europe who are interested in these titles, don’t fear; outside of Ultimate NES Remix, you can get these games as Nintendo Selects titles right now, and in fact they have been available for some time.

Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Doug Bowser, had this to say regarding the new line of Nintendo Selects titles:

For people that received a Nintendo 3DS or Nintendo 2DS system as a holiday gift, these three games are ideal ways to start their gaming library. We’re excited to offer these must-have games for a new, low price.
