To do this, you’ll have to gain access to the boat first and then make your way to the Small Cave Shrine situated in the northeast corner of the lake. You will be able to access this shrine beginning in Chapter 4.
Once you’re at your destination, you’ll find a small shrine with a locked door. To unlock this door, you’ll need to solve a puzzle.
