Screenshot Saturday – September 3rd

Indie game developers share their work progress every week on Twitter with the #ScreenshotSaturday hashtag. In this piece, we take a look at the most interesting and eye-catching screenshots or short videos of indie games shared on Saturday, September 3rd.

GameLuster has a Screenshot Saturday round-up every week. You can check out the previous list here.

Some Fun Action

This video was shared by the indie developer (@nickmuse) in this tweet. We don’t know the name of this game yet, but it’s visually unique, and the action seems really chaotic and fun! We hope to see and learn more about this game in the coming weeks.

Cleared Hot

This video from Cleared Hot was shared by the developer (@colin_k) in this tweet. The game’s atmosphere reminded me of classic Command & Conquer titles, and the video shows some interesting gameplay mechanics and visual effects. Cleared Hot is set to release this year, and you can wishlist the game on Steam.

Hollowbody

These screenshots from Hollowbody were shared by the developer (@headwaregames) in this tweet. The developer describes the game as a tech-noir horror, and the footage seems really fitting for this setting. Hollowbody is currently live on Kickstarter, so check it out if you are interested.

Little Goody Two Shoes

This video from Little Goody Two Shoes was shared by the developers (@AstralShiftPro) in this tweet. The video shows some breathtaking scenic views from the game, in addition to the amazing character design and animations. We can’t wait to see more of Little Goody Two Shoes in the future.

Selfloss

This video from Selfloss was shared by the developer (@AlexGoodwinDev) in this tweet. The video shows a stunning underground river, with impressive water visual effects complete with fish, smooth animations, and amazing lighting. Selfloss looks gorgeous, and we can’t wait to see more of it. But until then, you can wishlist the game on Steam and support the development.
