During Nintendo’s appearance on the Youtube E3 Gaming Show they put a heavy focus on independent games that will be coming to Nintendo consoles, this includes the previously mentioned Runbow, as well as Axiom Verge. But there was another standout title that we actually did not know about, Severed.
Severed has been announced to be heading to Nintendo platforms the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, and will be brought to us courtesy of Drinkbox Studios (who brought us Guacamelee). Severed was previously a Vita exclusive but due to Nintendo systems and their focus on touch controls the game will fit nicely. Severed will be a cross-buy title for the Wii U and 3DS so you will only need to purchase one copy, and you can watch the official trailer below:
