Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater Remake Adds 37 New Songs

With every update and piece of news, it seems like Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2, Vicarious Visions’ upcoming remake of the classic skateboarding titles, gets even more rad. Previously, a reveal trailer for the remake announced that a number of songs from the original games would be returning, including the Dead Kennedy’s Police Truck, Goldfinger’s Superman, and Papa Roach’s Blood Brothers.

Now, a brand new video – featuring newly added skaters Lizzie Armanto and Leo Baker discussing the remake’s gameplay – has announced that 37 new songs will be added to the game’s soundtrack. Each of these brand new tracks is performed by an artist who did not appear in either the original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 or Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2. In addition, the video confirmed the return of artists Anthrax and Suicidal Tendencies, whose work had not yet been featured in any of the remake’s promotional material.

A playlist of songs featured in the remake can currently be listened to on Spotify. If you need your Pro Skater fix prior to the game’s release, definitely give it a listen!
