Devil May Cry 5 Officially Announced

Today at E3, Microsoft and Capcom announced Devil May Cry 5.

The company released a trailer (seen below) giving us a teaser of what the game will look like. The game seems to center around Nero, one of the protagonists from the Devil May Cry 4, who has lost his super-powered arm. He now sports a new robotic arm, and is looking to settle a score.

Speculation about the announcement of a new Devil May Cry heated up this previous week. It was found that a domain name for Devil May Cry 5 was recently registered by GMO Internet Group. The domain was updated on June 1st. A domain name was also found to have been updated recently for Resident Evil 2 as well.

It is set to release Spring 2019, and so far we know that it will at least be available on Xbox One.
