Famitsu Sales: Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Secures Top 5 Debut

Every Thursday we share the weekly Famitsu sales charts, which tracks physical boxed game sales and hardware sales in Japan. This week’s chart covers Feb. 3 – 9, as Super Mario Party Jamboree returns to the top spot, following a brief period away after Donkey Kong Country Returns HD spent a few weeks at #1. The latest in the Mario Party series sold a little over 17,000 units this week to score first place.

Perhaps most interesting however is the appearance of Warhorse Studios’ Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, which secured a comfortable #4, thanks to over 6,000 copies sold in its first week. It’s the only PS5 debut title on this week’s chart, and also gives the PS5 three separate entries on the list, with Black Myth: Wukong and Dynasty Warriors: Origins both also representing for Sony.
