The “Special” Ruin Grader boss has similar move sets to regular Ruin Grader enemies. The best way to attack this opponent is to aim at its feet, where you will see two glowing orbs.
If you have a Bow user in your team, you can use Charged Attacks to hit these vulnerable points. Once you manage to destroy the two orbs, the “Special” Ruin Grader will drop to the ground and remain paralyzed for several seconds.
The second weak point is located on the boss’ face. You can also use a Bow unit to deal massive damage to the enemy. However, even if you don’t strike at the Ruine Grader’s vulnerable spots, you can still gradually reduce its health using any attacks.
You must reduce the boss health bar twice before Paimon points out that you can break the glass wall and let the water into the chamber. This will drown the robot and prevent it from regenerating. You have to strike the right wall, not the left because only the right glass is cracked.
