Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom: How To Get Midna’s Helmet

In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, players will get countless opportunities to claim different types of attractive-looking and useful Armor items. One such piece is Midna’s Helmet, a deadly headgear that increases Link’s defensive stats by 7 and provides resistance to the health-draining Gloom. It is inspired by Midna, the titular character of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

While the Helmet was part of Breath of the Wild‘s DLC, Tears of the Kingdom has done a great job by adding the said item to the base game. If you want to get your hands on Midna’s Helmet, follow this guide to know what exactly you need to do!

How To Get Midna’s Helmet In Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom

Eventide Island

In order to obtain Midna’s Helmet, you first need to travel to Eventide Island, which is near Lurelin Village as shown in the map screenshot above. You can venture to Eventide Island from the Lurelin Village shores, as you can make a raft with all the materials available there. Use your Ultrahand ability and connect a board, two logs, two Zonai fans, and one steering stick. Once done, sail across the ocean to this island!

Now that you have reached Eventide Island, head to the northern tip to find the Eventide Island Chasm, and jump into it to land in the Depths. Once you land, use your Brightbloom Seeds to light up the From here, you need to head southward and keep walking until you discover the Lone Island Coliseum. Luckily, you will find it pretty soon as there is not much to explore in this particular area of the Depths.

As you enter the Coliseum, you will be able to find a Locked Chest in the middle containing your reward. Unfortunately, you cannot unlock the chest immediately, as some unwanted enemies await your presence. You will have to get past five waves of Bokoblins but worry not, as they are not particularly strong opponents. Timing your attacks and dodging when needed is enough to trounce them.

  • First Wave: In the first wave, you will have to defeat 2 Red Bokoblins
  • Second Wave: In the second wave, you must defeat 3 Blue Bokoblins.
  • Third Wave:  In the third wave, you need to defeat 3 Black Bokoblins.
  • Fourth Wave: In the fourth wave, you need to defeat 1 Silver Bokoblin.
  • Fifth Wave: In the final wave, you need to defeat 1 Red Bokoblin, 1 Blue Bokoblin, 1 Black Bokoblin, and 1 Silver Bokoblin.

Once you have eliminated every single Bokoblin, the Locked Chest will now be accessible for you. Finally, you can claim the stylish-looking Midna’s Helmet!
