Lego City Undercover is a Wii U gem that sadly went under the radar due to the Wii U's poor sales, and to remedy this the former exclusive is set to be brought to new platforms in 2017 as Warner Brothers Interactive has now announced.

Through Twitter the company revealed that Lego City Undercover will be headed to the Playstation 4, Xbox One, PC through Steam and also the Nintendo Switch. They also state that the game is due out by Spring of 2017 which means it could fall in line as a Nintendo Switch launch title although this still remains to be seen. They shared:

Join the Chase! LEGO CITY Undercover is looking for new recruits on PlayStation®4, Xbox One®, Nintendo Switch™ and STEAM® in Spring 2017.

Furthermore it seems that this re-release of Lego City Undercover will be a straightforward release, it does seem like they won't be remastering it according to Lego themselves, but Warner Brothers Interactive has yet to comment themselves so anything could happen.
