British video game publisher Curve Digital announced earlier this week Manual Samuel will soon be playable on the Nintendo Switch. The game was first released by developer Perfectly Paranormal for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows in October 2016.
The main protagonist is Sam, the son of a wealthy CEO, and he is killed in an accident. The poor hero soon finds himself in hell. Wanting to get back to his life, he makes a deal with Death; if he can make it through 24 hours manually conducting all bodily functions, ranging from walking to something as simple as blinking, he’ll get to live again.
Players take control of Sam as he tries to make it through those 24 hours conducting all physical body functions manually (hence “Manual” Samuel). This can be done in single-player mode or co-op where players can team up to carry out Sam’s daily activities.
Manual Samuel will be released on the Nintendo Switch on August 16, and can be purchased from the Nintendo eShop for only $9.99. If you do not have the Switch or cannot wait to try it out, the game is ready to be purchased on PS4, Xbox One, and Steam.
