The DSi shop is something I regularly forget exists, although this place was an excellent space for those who picked up the Nintendo DS’s third model to find some interesting and different games. This also acted as a space where Nintendo released The Legend of Zelda Four Swords for people to try and enjoy on Zelda’s 25th anniversary. Sadly those who still have a liking for the system and have not found a need to update to a modern system and play newer games will be saddened by Nintendo’s decision to shut down the shop next year.
The shop will officially be shut down on March 31st of 2017 at the end of the business financial year. Alongside this you will no longer be able to add points to the service as of September 30th 2016. Should there be anything you want from this shop you will need to work quickly to have access.
