Octopath Traveler 2 features a selection of powerful weapons known as Legendary Arms. There are eight in total, and players must complete various challenges, such as defeating powerful enemies, opening chests, and more, to get their hands on them.

Forbidden Blade

Octopath Traveler II

The Forbidden Blade is an impressive weapon with a high Physical Attack and Speed. Those seeking to acquire it must travel to Forsaken Graveyard in the Crestlands Region and seize the red-colored chest that holds it – but be warned, for Devourer of Dreams stands guard. Successful challengers will be rewarded with The Forbidden Blade!

Double Tomahawk

Double Tomahawk

Accessing the Double Tomahawk, which lets you attack an additional time, involves a few steps. Begin by finishing Partitio’s Scent of Commerce quest, which unlocks your boat. After that, fast travel to Canalbrine in the Harborlands and sail southwest until you reach The Sundering Sea. Finally, locate the red chest within The Sundering Sea—the Double Tomahawk awaits!

Sunshadow Staff

Sunshadow Staff

Sunshadow Staff is obtained by defeating a boy located in Gravell in the Wildlands. You must add Temenos to your party and turn daytime into night. When it’s night, head to Gravell and wait 2-3 minutes for the boy’s arrival. Once you see the boy, use Temenos Path Action “Coerce” to transform the boy into a shadow creature. Now, fight and defeat the boy using lightning and staff attacks to obtain the Sunshadow Staff, which can boost your light and dark attacks.

Exorcising Bow

Exorcising Bow

The Exorcising Bow is an exceptional weapon with a remarkable Physical Attack. To obtain this item, you must have Throne in your party and use her Path Action in Timberain, Leaflands, west of the castle square, to Steal it from Elderly Soldier’s Possessions. The success rate of Stealing the bow depends on Throne’s level.

Stealing the bow is not an easy task.  At level 60, Throne will have a successful attempt rate of 80%. Make sure she is sufficiently leveled before Stealing this weapon.

Fire Dragon’s Glaive

Fire Dragons Glaive

To get Fire Dragon’s Glaive in Octopath Traveler 2, you’ll need to go inside the Decaying Temple in Hinoeuma. But before going inside the Temple, you have to go to the Tavern and ditch all party members except one. Otherwise, the Temple will not open. Once done, head inside the Temple, and make your way to the save point, then take the stairwell to the left side of the upper level.

Once you reach the upper right level, interact with the scroll to reveal the hidden room. Inside this secret room, there is a chest. Open this chest to obtain Fire Dragon’s Glaive, which enhances your fire attacks.

Mooneater Dagger

Mooneater

You can get Mooneater Dagger by using Throne’s Stealing ability. You must complete Chapter 4 of Throne’s story to unlock Lostseed in the Brightlands. You can Steal it from the Ruined Vessel who stands at the entrance. To increase the success rate of obtaining Mooneater Dagger to 80%, you must level up Throne to 60. Alternately, Partitio the Merchant can Purchase this item for 60,000 Leaves. The Mooneater Dagger has a high Elemental Attack and increases both fire and wind damage.

Vest of Joy

Apathetic Girl

The Vest of Joy is available to players who successfully complete the A Young Girl’s Wish side mission. To start this quest, go to the graveyard on the outskirts of Conning Creek in Harborlands and speak to an Apathetic Girl. She wants various things, including a Crepe from New Delsta, a novel from Borderfell, and to meet the florist Roland from Timberain. Once you fulfill the quest’s requirements, you will be rewarded with the Vest of Joy. The Vest of Joy raises both Physical and Elemental Defense.

Stone of Truth

Stone of Truth

To get the the Stone of Truth, you’ll need to knock down a bridge in an area called “Beneath the Wall” in the Winterlands. You need to have a group of seven characters — four party members and at least three followers — in order to cross a rope bridge. When you do this, the bridge will collapse and become a ladder leading down into a new dungeon. The end of this dungeon holds both a boss enemy and a chest containing the stone. This accessory boosts the spell attacks of anyone wearing it.
