Initiate this quest by venturing to Oresrush and locating an NPC named Joe outside the item shop. Interact with him, and he’ll reveal his desire to make a composed girl chuckle with a new comedic gem that will tickle her humorous senses. He’s already tried all his favorite material without eliciting even a giggle! Though confident one of his friends can provide the hilarious content he seeks, he’s too embarrassed to turn to them for help, since it would expose his lack of funniness.
To assist Joe, search for Harry, Nikki, and Ned, all located around Oresrush. You’ll find Harry by the stairs behind the inn. Use the Scrutinize (Osvald), or Inquire (Osvald) Path Action to learn Harry’s Self-Deprecating Joke. Nikki is up the same set of stairs behind the inn; Scrutinize or Inquire her there, and she will reveal Nikki’s Special Joke. Finally, discover Ned inside the Tavern during daytime hours. Utilize the Scrutinize or Inquire Path Actions to uncover Ned’s Romantic Advice.
After collecting all necessary information, return to Joe and relay your comedic findings. Following a short cut scene, you’ll complete the quest and receive 3,500 Leaves and an Invigorating Nut (M) as a well-earned reward. Does Joe get the girl? You’ll have to watch the cut scene to find out!
