Leveling up your character is vital if you want to survive on Palpagos Island. Unfortunately, your progress may get stunted once you reach mid-game, and it will take a long time for you to get to Level 50. If you need some tips, our guide can give you some pointers on how to level up fast in Palworld.
Palworld Leveling Up Guide
The easiest way to get a ton of Player EXP is by catching the same type of Pal up to 10 times. You will receive an EXP Bonus that scales based on your total EXP for every single Pal you capture. Do note that there is no completion bonus when you catch the tenth Pal of a certain species.
Besides capturing Pals, you can also get EXP by defeating powerful creatures. I recommend hunting Alpha Pals that roam Palpagos Island. Some will walk around in the wilderness, but a handful will be trapped inside dungeons.
The Alpha Pals will be marked on your map, so it should be easy for you to hunt them down. Like regular Pals, they will eventually respawn after a certain amount of time has passed.
If you don’t mind cheating a bit, you can also adjust your World Settings to get more EXP. First, you need to return to the title screen and enter the World Select menu. Highlight your desired world and select the World Settings option at the bottom left of your screen.
Then, you need to change your difficulty level to Custom and click the Custom Settings option. Scroll through the options until you find the EXP Rate. Finally, you can adjust the slider until you are satisfied with the amount of EXP you will gain.
That’s the end of our guide on how to level up fast. For more Palworld content, you can read our post on how to get Fiber.
