In the current difficult times, many people have found solace in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. While we're all stuck at home in quarantine due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, we can escape to a beautiful tropical island filled with cheerful animal villagers. Players can even stay in touch during the era of social distancing by visiting their friends' islands and sending each other gifts and messages.

One streamer has created an ingenious method of sharing this relaxing escape with as many people as possible. Australian gamer and Twitch streamer TheMattyAP has announced that he intends to stream the game for 2 weeks without stopping. That's 336 hours straight of Animal Crossing fun!

Speaking to Nintendo Life, TheMattyAP explained that he intends to do nothing but eat, sleep and play New Horizons for the entirety of the two weeks. He describes the experience as "living in Animal Crossing 24/7". The stream will kick off on Friday, April 10.

Previously, TheMattyAP streamed Animal Crossing: New Horizons for one week, concluding with a party on his island watched by hundreds of his loyal viewers. Response to the stream was positive, with fans enjoying the chance to observe what a 24/7 life in New Horizons is truly like. The popularity of the first stream inspired TheMattyAP to double its length for his next live streaming endeavor.

You can watch the upcoming two-week live stream on Matty's Twitch channel here. Matty encourages viewers to hop in and out of the stream whenever they like, as it will be available 24/7 for the full 336 hours. The entire previous stream is also available, broken into a series of 12 to 48-hour videos.

Would you want to live full-time in Animal Crossing: New Horizons? If you did, how would you spend your time? Or maybe you're already as dedicated to the Island life as Matty.  Let us know!
