Unfortunately, the area is locked behind an electronic door, and you need the Level 2 Keycard to open it.

Here is a piece of bad news for you: you will need to fight two of these monsters to obtain the keycard, and, unless you’re playing in New Game Plus mode, you won’t have the Scope at this point. These bio-weapons are equipped with sharp needles that grow across their skins, and they will explode when you kill them, which can deal AoE damage if you are too close. Luckily, you can easily defeat an Iron Maiden by landing a headshot with a ranged weapon and destroying the parasite inside its head.
