After all that running around in Resident Evil 4 Remake, we’re sure Leon felt incredibly relieved to find a lift ready to take him up to the top of the clock tower. As it turns out, he’s not the only one who wants to take a ride on this ancient contraption, and that extra load will quickly become a problem.
While riding the most dangerous elevator ever created, enemies will jump from the surrounding platforms to attack. While they’re dangerous in their own right, it’s all that extra weight that will prove to be a problem. How To Complete The Capacity Compliance Challenge In Resident Evil 4 Remake
The Capacity Compliance Challenge’s requirements are for you to ride all the way up the clocktower without the lift ever stopping. Because this lift is clearly a relic itself, if even a single other person stands on it for more than a second or two, it will break down and need to be restarted.
The only way to overcome this challenge is to come prepared. Thankfully there’s a Merchant shop nearby to load up! We recommend bringing the Red9, a shotgun like the Striker, and either an assault rifle or SMG. It would also be wise to make a save here just in case something goes wrong.
The lift ride has two main parts. In the first, take clean headshots on the solo enemies, especially ranged ones, as fast as possible. There will be plenty of chances to take out two or more enemies with barrels here, so always maximize the damage you deal with those.
After a small break, the second part will start, which is when you should whip out your assault rifle or SMG. First off, kill that summoner ASAP, and then start thinning out the herd of cultists approaching. If you can’t stop them all, use the barrel to clean up any stragglers. Remember that you don’t have to kill every enemy if you’re getting too behind. If you have to, shooting out their legs to stagger them can buy the lift enough time to rise above them.
