How To Complete The Too Cool For Such Tricks Challenge in Resident Evil 4 Remake
If you want to prove you’re as cool as Leon is in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you have your work cut out for you. This challenge requires you to beat the Verdugo boss without using liquid nitrogen. Despite what you might think, this is possible, but very difficult. To make it easier, there are a few things you can do.
First, only go for this challenge on a new game plus run when you’ve got plenty of bonus weapons unlocked and upgraded. That alone will help, but there’s also no shame in dropping down the difficulty level to Assisted as well. Having either a fully upgraded knife is also essential, or better yet get the Primal Knife that can’t be broken.
Once you arrive at the Verdugo boss fight, bring out your biggest, baddest guns and unload on him. Just make sure not to accidentally activate any of the liquid nitrogen pipes in the area or you’ll be out of luck!
Manage to take down this terrifying boss and you’ll be rewarded with 300 Challenge Points (CP).
