Star Fox Zero amiibo functionality has been revealed

The latest Direct has revealed how amiibo’s will function as part of Star Fox Zero, as of now we know how the Super Smash Brothers Fox McCloud amiibo will work with the game. The Fox amiibo will change the appearance of your arwing allowing you to play in one representative of the original Super Nintendo Star Fox game. The graphical style resembles the original game’s low-polygon look, and seems fairly faithful to the original and it simply looks cool. Unfortunately nothing was revealed in terms of a Falco amiibo function.
