Onslaught, the developers say, “will test you and your partner with increasingly difficult surges of enemies needed to charge a powerful Dark Aether Orb.”
Elsewhere, the brand-new Apocalypse 24/7 playlist has been described as “a grab bag of modes”, including Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, Domination, and Hardpoint set within the heart of the Golden Triangle.
The iconic Gun Game mode makes a return during Free Access Week, as well as Gunfight Blueprints (2v2) and Face Off (3v3), while Team Deathmatch and Domination are available as their own playable modes, including Nuketown 24/7 a 40-player multi-team multiplayer mode in Black Ops Cold War.
There’s even a Double XP and Double XP event from February 26 (10am PT) to March 1 (10am PT), available to all operators in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone.
