Call Of Duty Mobile Season 2 Brings Modern Warfare Maps, Modes & Ghost

Maps from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will be heading to Call of Duty: Mobile Season 2: Day of Reckoningwhich arrives today. The first of two maps (from the 2019 Modern Warfare reboot) are Shoot House and Shipment, an updated classic lifted from 2007’s Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Plus, voice actor Jeff Leach will be reprising his role as Ghost in Call of Duty: Mobile Season 2, with Modern Warfare and Warzone operator Alex dropping into the action too.

Moving onto weaponry, there’s the AS VAL assault rifle and SP-R marksman rifle available to unlock and use. Season 2’s content drop further includes two new modes: Tank Battle and Gunfight Snipers.

Let’s begin with Tank Battles which heavily incorporates the use of tanks, as the name suggests. The objective is to salvage parts to assemble armored vehicles throughout a match. Tanks can be built through a blueprint in an airdrop. Tank Battle will be available from March 19 to March 25.

Gunfight Snipers, introduced during 2019’s Modern Warfare, features a 1v1 quickscope style of gameplay. It’s similar to Gunfight, while this mode is exclusive to snipers. Gunfight Snipers will come into rotation a week after Tank Battle, from March 26 to May 1.

As recently reported, the Verdansk map in Warzone will meet its fate at the end of Season 2, making way for a new map more in keeping with the Black Ops Cold War storyline. The new 1980s-style map was originally slated to launch in November 2020, coinciding with the release of Black Ops Cold War

Last week, a new bundle was added as part of Black Ops Cold War Season 2, including the arrival of Rapid Fire Moshpit in multiplayer, while Dead Ops Arcade: First Person becomes available in Zombies.
