There seems to be little surprise to how Square Enix is choosing to leverage some of their major properties for mobile devices, with previous efforts including the likes of Lara Croft GO, and Hitman GO it seemed obvious that Square Enix would send more franchises down this path. To further add to the surprise the franchise that got the GO treatment is Deus Ex, which was announced along side the new mode for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Deus Ex GO is being developed by Square Enix’s Montreal team, and is being brought to IOS and Android.
Deus Ex GO takes this stealth franchise and turns it into a turn based puzzle experience, you will play as Adam Jenson, and have to find a way to take down enemies in various often well made puzzles and scenarios. You can watch the reveal trailer below:
Deus Ex GO will be made available sometime this Summer, however no official release date beyond this has been made.
