New Rumor Suggests Insomniac’s Wolverine Game Aiming For 2025 Release

During an episode of Giant Bomb’s Game Mess Mornings, gaming journalist Jeff Grubb gave some potential insight into the upcoming Wolverine game. Grubb claims that Insomniac’s action game will be rated M, and takes place before the titular Wolverine joins the X-Men. In addition, the game will be ‘semi’ open-world and is currently in ‘very’ early development. In terms of the release date, Grubb suggests the earliest it will be ready is late 2024, with the team at Insomniac thinking 2025 is more likely.
