Persona 3 Reload: How To Beat Empress & Emperor Boss

At the end of the second month in Persona 3 Reload, you must face another major boss fight, Empress and Emperor. The two Shadows will fight together during the battle, but you can get Fuuka’s help to discover their weaknesses. Persona 3 Reload Empress & Emperor Boss Fight Guide

When fighting Empress and Emperor, you can only use the protagonist, Junpei, and Akihiko. Yukari will not participate in this battle, so ensure the protagonist has healing skills. Besides that, you want to attack Emperor with elemental magic and use physical attack on Empress.

Persona 3 Reload Empress Boss Fight

The biggest challenge in this boss fight is the bosses changing their weaknesses using the Paradigm Shift ability. You must use Fuuka’s Full Analysis skill whenever the bosses change their affinities.

Since Yukari cannot participate in this battle, I recommend having a Persona with a Pierce physical skill. Although Junpei and Akihiko have various physical abilities, they only cover Slash and Strike. During my playthrough, Empress was weak against Pierce, and luckily, I had Naga with Pierce Shot skill.

At the start of the battle, you want to debuff the enemies and buff your allies. You can attempt attacking the bosses, but your attacks will likely get blocked. Fuuka can only use her Full Analysis skill after the first round has ended. Her ability costs 35 SP, and she only has 160 SP in total, so you should end the battle before Fuuka’s SP is depleted.

That’s the end of our guide on how to beat the Empress and Emperor bosses. For more P3R content, you can read our article on the Hierophant and Lovers boss fight.
