It’s a good day to be a Pikmin fan. After years of speculation and hype, Pikmin 4 is confirmed, and it’s coming in 2023. The announcement trailer was featured at today’s Nintendo Direct. Whilst there isn’t much in the way of details at the moment, we at least have something. The trailer gives us a few shots of the game running, and an adorable logo.
The only information we received about the game is a new mechanic to deploy your Pikmin, which will place the camera much closer to the ground. Even though this is all we’ve heard, it’s enough to get us excited. Combined with the new info for the Breath of the Wild sequel, 2023 looks to be a good year for Nintendo.
