GOG.COM Offers Free Digital “Goodies” With Pre-Orders Of Cyberpunk 2077

Just ahead of the long anticipated “Night City Wire” stream, and even longer anticipated launch of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt RED (through GOG.COM) is offering up a “digital goodie bag” of art pieces ranging from concept art, to steelbook designs, to weapon blueprints. While digital artbooks are not exactly new, they are usually reserved for pre-orders or post-launch add-on purchases.

The announcement put out by GOG.COM goes into detail about what’s include. The freebie offer will only last until July 4.

  • Enhance your living room, computer desktop, and even mobile phone with beautiful Cyberpunk 2077 printable posters, digital wallpapers, and steelbook art.

  • Learn more details about the dark world of the future thanks to cool Cyberpunk 2077 concept art, character renders, and weapon blueprints.

  • Check out new, cool stuff like in-game ad posters and fresh concept art that will make you want to play Cyberpunk 2077 even more.

On top of this, CD Projekt RED is also announcing an “Ultimate RED Collection.”  This particular bundle covers a pre-order of Cyberpunk 2077, as well as all titles in The Witcher series at a substantial discount.  Tied in with this offer is a second offer for all new and existing Cyberpunk 2077 pre-orders, offering good discounts on merchandise from CD Projekt RED’s official merchandise store, slightly smaller discounts for Dark Horse-related merchandise, and smaller still discounts on merchandise from the J!NX Store.

The caveat for all this largess is that these offers cover pre-orders made specifically through GOG.COM, rather than other retailers. Much like the “goodie bag,” these offers will be ending on July 4 at 5PM GMT.

As a means of building hype, as well as giving the fans something they might not ordinarily be able to obtain, this comes at a good time for CD Projekt RED, particularly in light of the company having to push the game’s release date back yet again.
