The Serpent Slayer will be found within a chest that lies hidden in the treacherous dungeons the of Infernal Castle, where danger levels reach up to 55. Forming a party consisting of characters such as Temenos, Agnea, Partitio, or Ochette, who can strategically recruit additional followers to the party, is essential to embark on this expedition. Make use of their path action on villagers to bolster your party with at least three followers, who will prove invaluable later in the game.
After adding at least three additional members to your party, fast-travel to Stormhail and venture south until you arrive at the Beneath the Wall area in Winterlands.
