How To Get Coal In Palworld
You can find Coal in the desert regions of the open world in Palworld. Fortunately, it will not be challenging for you to recognise as the resource is found by mining the solid black-colored rock deposits situated at a few distances from each other. Using a pickaxe, you will easily be able to break those rock formations to get the said resource in abundance. While any of the pickaxes is doable, it is always better to have an upgraded one like the Metal Pickaxe.
Now, what is a more challenging job is to survive in the scorching heat around the desert regions in Palworld. Venturing without heat-resistant armor can make your survival more complex, and you might end up dying there as well. On our first trip, we did not care to take armor, due to which we kept taking damage and had ourselves killed eventually. So, before you head to your mission, make sure to equip a heat-resistant armor.
With that being said, here are some of the best Coal farming locations:
- Location 1: The first coal farming area is available just beside the Anubis Syndicate Tower in the Twilight Dunes area. There, you will find around 6-7 Coal nodes next to each other.
- Location 2: At the coordinates -266, -121, you will find a handful of Coal nodes as well, so take advantage of that area. This will help you gather Coal in large amounts.
If you want to keep farming Coal in a regular fashion, the best bet is to set up a base right next to the Coal deposits and assign some worthy required Pals that will keep your work going. You can use Digtoise for mining purposes and Helzephyr for transportation jobs.
How To Use Coal In Palworld
As mentioned before, Coal is one of the resources used to make refined ingots, which are also considered to be the upgraded version of Ingots. The additional resource used is Ore. However, to craft Refined Ingots, you must have an Improved Furnace in the first place.
Here are the items required to make a Improved Furnace:
- 100x Stone
- 15x Flame Organ
- 300x Cement
