Besides gathering various raw resources, you also need to craft numerous crafting materials to build your base in Palworld. One of them is Ingot, and in this guide, we will explain how you can make and use this item.
Palworld Crafting Ingot Guide
You can get Ingot by processing Ores at a Furnace in your base. The Primitive Furnace becomes available at Level 10, and you need 3 Flame Organs, 20 Wood, and 50 Stones to build one. Unlike a Workbench, you cannot operate this appliance and must assign a Kindling Pal, such as Foxparks.
Like Paldium Fragments, you can obtain Ores by mining mineral deposits that you encounter while exploring. They have orange and silver colors and can be mined using a Pickaxe. I highly recommend building a base with Ore deposits nearby because you will need a ton of this material to upgrade your base and gear.
You should also build a chest near the Furnace because Ingots weigh a lot. It’s not rare for me to accidentally encumber myself when collecting Ingots from my Furnaces.
The only Pal that may drop Ingot is Bushi, an Alpha World Boss. You can challenge this Pal inside the Sealed Realm of the Swordmaster at Bamboo Grove. Regular versions of this creature can be found on the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary Island (657, 631) on the northeast side of the map.
How To Use Ingot In Palworld
Ingot is needed to craft various gear and structures in your base. For example, you can turn one Ingot into a Nail at a Workbench, and you will need to build other important appliances.
You will also need Ingot to craft weapons, such as spears and guns. For instance, the first firearm you can unlock, the Makeshift Handgun, requires 30 Fiber, 10 High Quality Pal Oil, and 35 Ingot.
The number of Ingots you need is astronomical. I highly recommend you always keep your Furnace running unless you want to run out of Ingot.
