PS Plus Games For December 2022 Announced

Sony has announced the free PS Plus games for December via the Playstation. Blog. Heading up the selection is the Mass Effect: Legendary Collection. Available on the PS4, the trilogy includes single-player content and DLC for the first three Mass Effect games, including weapons, packs, and armour. The Mass Effect: Legendary Collection boasts a “rich and detailed universe,” remastered and optimised for 4K Ultra HD.

The second title on December’s roster is Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition, available for the PS4 and PS5, a third-person fighter title that gives players a choice between ten playable gods, including Hercules and Thor, to “battle across diverse arenas with their own mechanics to master.” Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition further offers a 3v3 Arcade mode, hardcore 1v1, and 2v2 Duels, and unlocks in-game bonus content.

The third and final game from Sony comes courtesy of developer Experiment 101 with Biomutant. Playable on the PS4 and its next-gen successor, featuring native 4K, HDR support, and three unique graphics modes, players can combine “melee, shooting and mutant ability action in this open-world, post-apocalyptic kung-fu fable RPG.” With a plague running rampant and the Tree-of-Life succumbing to a poison beneath the earth, players will navigate “a world in turmoil and define its fate.”

December’s PS Plus games will become available from December 6 through January 2, 2023, meaning that PS Plus members have until December 5 to add any of November’s titles to their libraries. The titles currently available are Nioh 2, the Lego Harry Potter Collection, and Heavenly Bodies.
